Our color photo report indicates the condition of the property using an easy to read format and color photographs processed with state of the art technology.

    Photos along with narrative comments provide an extensive evaluation of the total property condition.

    The inspector’s takes digital photos on site of all conditions discovered. After the inspection is concluded all the infomation is processed into a computer generated report.  The report is usually available in 12 to 24 hours. Once the report is completed you will be sent an email with a link to view your report. You may forward that link to your realtor and any other party of your choice.

    Upon completion your inspector will take time to explain conditions and recommendations and answer any questions you may have as to the importance or significance of any concerns.
