Our Standard Inspection includes the following areas if present:
Footer, foundation, and foundation ventilation
Crawlspace, basement, or slab on grade
Water entry or foundation movement
General grading, drainage, and retaining walls
Structural systems: including floor, wall, and roof framing
Stoops, landings, stairs, handrails and guardrails
Decks, balconies, patios, and terraces
Driveways and sidewalks
Electrical systems including: service entrance, main panel, subpanels, grounding, bonding, disconnects, circuit breakers and fuses, GFCI's and AFCI's
HVAC systems: with limitations, but including major components, duct work or distribution systems, filters, venting and fuel shut off locations
Water pressure, water heaters, accessible sump pumps, interior plumbing fixtures, faucets, and drains.
Flues and venting
Fireplaces, hearths, and chimneys
Doors and windows: of all descriptions including: skylights, garage doors, garage door openers and safety sensors, B-label fire-doors, storm doors and windows.
Insulations and vapor barriers
Built-in appliances.
